Order & Delivery
- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend or combine orders. Please ensure all details, including size, color, and shipping address, are correct before completing payment.
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon payment verification.
- Delivery is conducted Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- If there is any damage to the item upon delivery, please contact us immediately with supporting photos.
- The Customise Studio will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels should the customer opt for standard shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Customised Orders
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for customised orders, as they are uniquely made for each customer.
- All customised products undergo thorough quality checks before they are sent out to ensure they are in good condition.
Change of Mind & Event Suitability
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or if the item does not match your event theme as they are personlised and cannot be resold.
- Any advice we provide regarding product suitability is for your consideration only, and we will not be liable for exchanges or refunds based on preference.
Defective, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@thecustomisestudio.com immediately when you received the item. Include a snapshot of the issue for verification.
- In the case of a manufacturer defect or error on our part, we will arrange a one-to-one exchange for the exact same product.
Store Credit Policy
- We do not offer cash or monetary refunds under any circumstances.
- Store credit will be issued in the following cases:
- If a defective or incorrect item is out of stock for replacement.
- If a duplicated order is placed, the extra order will be canceled, and a refund will be given as store credit only to prevent additional credit charges and bank processing fees.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and cannot be extended.
